Core principle. Your assessment answers are processed on your device (in the browser) and never stored on our servers. We receive data only if — and only when — you press send on the report form or open a WhatsApp conversation.
Data collected. When you submit the form: name, company name, email address, your verdict, and your assessment answers. We collect nothing else and use no tracking cookies.
Basis & purpose. Your consent (Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection), to prepare and send the readiness report you requested and to follow up on your request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the form/email service providers that process the submission.
Retention. Form submissions are kept in our email systems as long as needed for follow-up, and deleted on request.
Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time — email halo@siapipo.com.
Changes. Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
